The Malaysian Code of Corporate Governance 2012 ("The Code") sets a strong foundation for Directors, Boards and Commitees to to carry out their roles effectively, rpomote timely and balanced disclosure, safeguard the integrity of financial reporting, emphasis the importance of risk management and internal controls and encourage shareholder's participation in general meetings.
